Need assistance, discrepancy in shipment which was sent to Amazon FC in Dortmund

Four boxes have been shipped to FBA Dortmund and confirmed as received. Each box has unique UPS tracking. The POD provided by UPS shows all boxes have been duly received by an Amazon employee at FC Dortmund with the signature ID Shute.
Amazon claims that 2 boxes are missing. Our last messages to Seller Support have remained unanswered: they`ve just been ignoring us.
