Brand Registry keeps getting rejected over and over
This is the message I got when my application for Brand Registry was rejected.
"This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form."
Can anyone guide me properly on what to do to fix this error. I have been going in circles with my solutions. Thank you so much.

Thank you for providing the reason for rejection here and I was able to locate your case.
Based on the reason for rejection and what you had already provided, I recommend attaching a document that shows a connection with your tax ID number and the current owner of the TM as shown in USPTO.
Once you attach that document to the current appeal case, I can escalate the appeal stating the new information that has been added.
