Help please! TMB8 - 4 shipments delivered but not checking in for a month

Hello,

Please help. @Bryce_Amazon @Dominic_Amazon @Topher_Amazon

All the shipments delivered on the same exact day 3/14. Fedex confirmed delivery. They are probably sitting somewhere there and no one is checking them in. It is worth over 10K.

All the other shipments to the same warehouse are checking in within few days but then this entire shipment delivered and missing.

Amazon won't do anything until the shipment is able to be reconciled, which should be soon if it isn't already. Do the shipments show as delivered on the Amazon shipment page? I had a shipment earlier this year that didn't show any inventory, but had actually been checked in and the warehouse worker had just neglected to enter the inventory as being checked in.

Make sure to update your "sourcing costs" for the items in this shipment before it's too late.

If Amazon reimburses you for the lost shipments before you do, they will likely give you only a tiny fraction of what you paid for the goods. After they do provide reimbursement (even if it's clearly incorrect), it can be extremely difficult to get them to pay you for the difference.

My condolences, you aren't going to get anything back, and it's going to take another 6+ months to get reimbursed for 20% of your cost. it is really terrible this is happening to everyone
