Refund charge problem

Very confused here. Sold a DVD FOR £100. buyer returns-I give full refund(Think he was out of 30 Days return…but gave refund anyhow) Amazon charge me £15 fee Plus £3.00 Tax so £18 in Total (Unfair…but so is life…)
The part I dont get Iam now -£48.00 on my account. I see a breakdown for £18.00.But cant get my head -£48. I am only a Individual seller NOT business. On top of that I tracked the DVD £7.50 To buyer.
Got the feeling Ive been had.
Of Couse I got more chance contacting Elvis than speaking to a live person at amazon!

Are you sure the £30 difference isnt the monthly fee?

If you go to reports, payments, transaction view does that show you what the breakdown is?
