I received an email about a performance notice to verify identity a few days ago.
I followed the verify button and it leads me to my account info page with no indication on where to submit anything. And now my listed items are active but unavailable on the amazon site.
I was wondering if you could sent me a direct link, so that I can verify my identity.

You mentioned that the verification link took you to your account information, had you recently updated any information on your account?
If there was a situation where information was already updated, it may take up to 72 hours to fully verify and update the account status, which could explain not seeing any requirements in the account information section.
Additionally, are you still experiencing this issue as you had posted a few days ago?
