We are an international seller (FBM) shipping a package to Mexico. Will our OTDR be impacted due to the customs delay?
I have a package destined for Mexico that is currently held in customs.
I'm unsure about the following: If the package is shipped outside of the U.S., will our OTDR still be affected? I’m having trouble understanding this new policy. As international sellers, we are not protected since we don’t have the option to purchase shipping through the platform. It’s clearly unfair, but it is what it is. Are there other international sellers facing issues with this policy?

Hello @Seller_Z3Ric8mMelrbb
"As international sellers, we are not protected since we don’t have the option to purchase shipping through the platform."
Thank you for the information provided regarding your concerns with the on-time delivery rate. I understand you are located outside of the US and are looking to see if your OTDR will still be impacted.
The requirement will be the same for all sellers. However, as an international seller, you have the ability to set longer transit times to account for the overseas delivery aspects. If you still experience an issue, we would recommend monitoring the metric during this time.
If it remains on target, you will not seen any additional messaging. Any requests will come through as a performance notification if details are required to explain the issues.
We do encourage you to refer to this thread if you do encounter any issues with the metric.
Best,
Atlas
