Reclaiming VAT on fees

Has anyone made any progress on the VAT invoice issue?

I have received 42 invoices, some are with VAT some are without. The total value seems well short of what I paid.

I have a case open with Seller Support but they keep sending me answers about a VAT refund which they say they can't process for a week due to technical problems. I can't make them understand that I did not ask about refunds.
