1 error not able to sent my product to amazon fullfilment centre

I tried sending this product to restock into my amazon store since it said low in stock. I created this listing in November 19, 2023 & have been restocking since then and now all of a sudden it said I have to apply for approval to sell this product & I end up of not sending it. I still have an active listing in fact I have few boxes left that's why I was sending some of this product to restock.

Hi @Seller_92uLTiUJRM9dG,

I understand your frustration regarding the sudden requirement for approval to send your product to Amazon's fulfillment centers, especially since you've been actively selling this item since November 2023. This situation can be particularly challenging when you're trying to maintain inventory levels for your customers.

What you're experiencing is likely due to a category or product restriction update, which Amazon occasionally implements to maintain marketplace quality standards. These changes can sometimes affect existing sellers, even those with active listings and successful selling history.

Here's what you can do to address this situation:

First, I recommend checking your Seller Central account under "Inventory > Add Products > Selling Application Status" to verify the specific approval requirements for your product category. Sometimes, the approval process can be straightforward and completed quickly, especially if you already have a proven track record with the product.

If you need immediate assistance, you can also:

- Review your product's category in Seller Central to ensure there haven't been any recent classification changes

- Check if your product has been newly classified under a restricted category

- Gather your previous invoices and product documentation to support your approval application

For additional support, I encourage you to visit the "Help > Selling Policies & Seller Code of Conduct" section in Seller Central, which provides detailed information about category restrictions and approval processes. You can also open a case with Seller Support to get specific guidance for your situation, especially since you have an established history with this product.

Please let me know if you need any clarification or additional assistance with the approval process. We're here to help you maintain your business operations as smoothly as possible.
