Negetive Feedback left for order fully refunded ahead of delivery.
Dear Amazon seller support,
Please help us for the negative feedback left for order 702-1811267-8347446.
Buyer sent a message requested to cancel order while the package had already shipped and in transiting. It is too late to pull back the package from the courier.
Based on our past experience, we have encountered this situation and avoided the conflicts that may arise. We decided to immediate issue full refund without return. We use the loss of goods value and shipping costs to hedge against possible A to Z claims and negative feedbacks. We believe it’s the most effective and quickest solution that favors buyer.
Somehow even the order was already fully refunded, the buyer can still file a return request once the tracking shows delivered. The buyer was never attempted to use the product and changed the mind right after the shipment. Left negative feedback stated we shipped wrong item... We responded to buyer’s return request explained that the order was fully refunded ahead of the delivery, but the buyer seems have not realized and misunderstood our pro buyer’s favor intentions.
We tried to appeal the decision but get rejected by tam-level2 in seconds...
We are seeking help here and hopefully a real person can review this case.
