GPSR conclusion - why is it in sellers world
After 3 weeks of nonsense job I've finished GPSR for my asin's. Totally exhausted.
Now I see that sellers must register for batteries EU rules. Really great.
I think - why they do it to us?
It doesn't make online trade better, it doesn't liquidate cheating, fakes etc.
The only reason is - it's because they see there are too many sellers with too many problems so they want to finish off sellers
and it will probably give result - less sellers on Amazon and other marketplaces

Hello @Seller_GJfcrDyhqM2cF,
While compliance can be challenging, GPSR and battery registration rules are EU-wide laws, not specific to Amazon. These regulations apply to all sellers across all platforms operating in the EU market.
The intent is to enhance product safety and consumer protection throughout Europe. Many sellers are navigating these same requirements. Consider reaching out to seller support or, even here, for other colleagues' guidance.
If you need assistance, you can also let me know.
Regards,
Angie 🪸
