I am reaching out in sheer desperation due to an unresolved case that has been ongoing for over six months. I initially opened the case to address a fake review impacting my business, but to my dismay, the moderator team has ignored my concerns and failed to provide any real resolution. I am now forced to open a new case, hoping someone will finally take this seriously.
Despite submitting all the necessary evidence, the moderator team closed the case with a message that it was "solved." However, it is clear that the wrong review was assessed, as the original fake review remains on our listing. This careless approach, combined with the lack of communication, has turned our experience into a nightmare.
I’ve heard stories about the challenges of getting help from Amazon, and now I’m experiencing it firsthand. The carelessness in handling my case, along with the continued silence, has left us feeling ignored and unsupported. This is not just about a single review—it's about our ability to operate our business fairly on this platform.
I am urgently requesting that Amazon re-evaluate this situation with the attention it deserves. We need proper action and communication, not to be left in the dark. I appreciate any guidance or support from the community or Amazon staff who might be able to escalate this issue.

It will only be removed if it violates one of Amazon's policies of which it sounds like it doesn't if you can't get it removed.

I wanted to let you know I reviewed your prior thread with @SEAmod and can confirm they escalated this issue internally for the review of our business team. I've gone ahead and submitted an additional report of this issue, but our partner team will not provide you or I with any outcomes of their investigation for privacy reasons. They may investigate and not find the reviewer to be abusive.
I also wanted to make sure you had this post which details the methods for requesting a review be removed by Amazon, which also links out to the Community Guidelines the review would have to depart from.
I apologize further information on the results of my submission won't be available, but I do thank you for engaging here in the seller forums.
