Product Listing Not Buyable Despite All Requirements Met
I am a new seller on Amazon with over $15,000 in inventory stored at an Amazon warehouse. Despite having an active and searchable listing and an account in good standing with no selling restrictions, my product is not buyable on the platform. When a customer tries to add the product to cart it says "This item cannot be purchased via the shopping cart"
This issue has persisted for two months, and despite opening over 30 support tickets, there has been no resolution.

Are you trying to put your own item in your shopping cart? You cannot do that.
If not you -- then how do you know this?

Michelle at Amazon here. I have reviewed your listing on Amazon.ca and I can see that your item is live and your customers can purchase it with no issues. I do also see that you do not have featured merchant yet on your product, however, that takes time for you to earn and the 'Add to Cart' button to appear on your listing if that is what you are looking for.
