Ongoing Remote Fulfillment Issue - 2 Months and counting
Our ASINs B0CKGPTN47, B0CKGXX1FX, B0CKH61XFX, B0CKHB6TT9, B0CKGYXBZF, B0CKGLSZSQ, B0CKGQXS57, B0CKH3CR4M, B0CKGPTN47, B0CMZM5568, B0CC3HTVWK, B0CKGTP1N1, B0CKH9H6TL, B0CRFX7L4R, B0CKKDSZML, B0CKGV6RDM, B0CKKQ7PYR have been flagged as ineligible for remote fulfillment from our US FBA inventory to Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. This is an error.
I have been attempting to resolve this for over two months and even had a three-hour phone call with a US-based seller support agent who helped me identify the root of the issue. Many months ago, our products were mistakenly flagged as pesticides in Amazon’s system, and it seems that lingering remnants of this error are still causing the issue. There are no trade restrictions: it's literally a 100% cotton tote bag.
This situation is severely impacting my business and has destroyed my North American sales outside of the US.
