Help! ODR affected by INR A to Z Claim! I used Amazon Shipping & Shipped on time!

Hello, Can I please get a mod to step in and help me on this please!

ORDER ID# 114-5709828-4735448. Customer said they did not receive the package even though it shows delivered. I purchased shipping through Amazon Buy Shipping Program - UPS SurePost for the reason that I would be protected from INR. This is a $343 order FYI.

Customer filed A to Z Claim. Received an Amazon notification that my ODR will be affected and the funds coming out from my account. I appealed of course, and this is what I stated... **there was nowhere to attach a screenshot in the appeal!**

"The package was shipped using Amazon Buy Shipping (UPS SurePost). The package was shipped ON TIME. I have screenshots of the tracking details showing "Package left carrier facility" in San Diego on July 22 2024 via the UPS SurePost tracking ID in the order screen for this order! UPS tracking shows: Mon, Jul 22, 2024, 1:41 PM PDT Carrier picked up the package. UPS SurePost utilizes USPS when delivering packages. This is how UPS SurePost works. If you look up the tracking number in UPS 1ZC1G375YW11593466 it shows "Shipped/Billed on 7/22/24" and in conjunction it references Postal Service Tracking 92612903368622541419156816. Upon reviewing this USPS tracking number,, it states: "Arrived at USPS Regional Origin Facility SAN DIEGO CA DISTRIBUTION CENTER July 22, 2024, 10:28 pm".

"In Summary, UPS, but also USPS shows clearly within the tracking ID's that this package was SHIPPED AND SCANNED/PICKED UP at the carrier by the ship by date of 7/22/24. Amazon policy states if you purchase Amazon Buy Shipping and ship on time, you are protected against A-to-z claims where a customer reports a problem with the delivery. Amazon covers the cost of such claims, and they do not impact your order defect rate."

EVEN THOUGH I APPEALED WITH THIS INFO, THEY STILL DENIED IT AND SAID I DIDNT SHIP ON TIME! BUT I CLEARLY DID!

So I just opened a CASE ID: 15777367911 for Post appeal escalation for A-to-Z claim! It doesn't show anywhere to attach my screenshots of tracking for proof!

Please remove the ODR impact and reimburse me Amazon! I clearly shipped and carries scanned it it on time on 7/22 which was the ship by date. UPS SurePost uses USPS and therefore there is a USPS tracking # within the UPS tracking!!

It says label created 7/22, that doesn't mean it was scanned as accepted by the carrier, just that the label was created. There is no acceptance scan until 7/29.

The surepost says item is being returned as undeliverable.
