RDU4 Collapse
Plase amazon team help us with RDU4, For more than a month the carrier has had my load (3 pallets) waiting for Amazon to deliver. Yesterday, September 18, I spoke with the carrier and he told me that he has 20 trucks waiting to deliver. (My cargo was picked up on August 16 and since the 20th it has been in the carrier's warehouse/truck waiting)

I understand your having an issue.
To add context I have not been having any issues with RDU
Below are my last few, some pallets, some SPD. All received within a month with no delivery delays.
Who is your carrier because these are triple A cooper and UPS. We just started using Estes but no data on that yet.
Could it be that your carrier is new to Amazon FC deliveries and is having trouble following the process?

I send a small 13x13x13 inch box with DHL in about 16 times per year to FBA. My experience with the warehouses around the country has always been stellar. Within two days of delivery, the product was unpacked. In the last 30 days, I was directed to RDU4 twice. The first box sat for more than three weeks before it was unpacked and the last box for about one week. RDU4 opened in Jun/Jul this year and I think they have huge teething problems. Now Amazon is in the process of distributing the product around the country. That can take another month. In the meantime are people starting to cancel their orders. Amazon should have kept a couple of units at RDU4 and s&h it from there. Within a couple of days it could have been delivered to people on the West Coast. Not a smart way of doing things.

RDU4 has BIG issues - they just started receiving my July shipment earlier this week that was meant for end of summer sales. Now we will have to store the stock over winter at FBA.

The same thing is happening in Nashville BNA6 & Wyoming MI, LAN2 . Before August all my shipments went to Indiana, Chicago or Texas. I had issues with multiple so called "empty" shipments, but never had anything like this wait for receiving and processing. Amazon what is going on?? I have seen a lot of newer Amazon worker strike videos on Tiktok and Reels. Its unacceptable though. They are going to put us all out of business.

My SPD shipment was "checked in" on Sept. 5th. There has been ZERO items "Received" of my 450 units? Unfortunately, I have two more shipments on their way to RDU4 right now. I use 2D barcodes and items are normally received within 2-3 days at other FC's

Same for us, We have 10 pallets sitting at AAA Cooper picked up 8/19 and no date in place for RDU to bring a truck for them to load it on. Every time I call it is just sitting there. The trucking company has it sitting in their trailer, waiting for an Amazon trailer to be left there empty so they can put our pallets on to the Amazon trailer, after which Amazon will pick it up. I have not experienced these types of delays before. So Amazon is backed up, the trucking company is so backed up they can't give me a date. Cooper says they are going in date order which tells me many sellers are waiting like us.

This year Amazon decided to stock up early for their vendors, so the FBA sellers are fighting for capacity. Also prime day # 2 is coming up early October.
Ship Early, Ship Often.

It is all to be accepted and risks you take when dealing with FBA as you never know when they will say entire shipment is gone and you must provide proof of life for the product you sent as it gets held hostage.

It's happening everywhere. XLX1 is delayed by over a month as well.
