My ASIN flagged as NHP/Drug product for a cosmetic product

This is a big issue with Amazon support. Been dealing with this issue for several months now.

A robot or ai takes down a listing because of certain keyword(s) in the detail page but when I make a case to say it is a cosmetic and not a NHP or drug product I get the same responses like “please provide a NHP/drug product number”

I need a human to guide me through this and actually recognize the issue like what keywords am I using that’s flagged? Or does Amazon support know that this number that they are asking for simply does not exist in Canada health database? How can I provide French labeling if this product is produced overseas? There is tens of other same products listed on Amazon.ca so I believe this product is ok to sell..

I already took back one other cosmetic from stranded inventory before and created new listing, relabeled and sent it back. The costs of shipping and labor to do this again is not an option for a simple fix.

Please help my ASIN is B0D123N8Y4 case is still open as of now.

Hello @Seller_9A7vZLwTODpBr,

Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums.

I reviewed the case ending in 2781, and I see the team asked you to update images where DIN, NPN, or DIN-HM clearly visible on the product packaging for further review.

I have asked the team in charge to perform an internal investigation to determine what is needed and what you need to do to reinstate the ASIN.

I will keep you posted as soon as I hear from them.
