Anyone using zendesk with channelreply / oflow?
I’m trying to figure out how to initiate contact with a customer who hasn’t already contacted me, but cannot figure it out at all.
Can anyone help me?

You can’t contact a customer unless there is a problem with the order, all other communications needs to be done using the script.
Not sure about the add on you mentioned but usually a API would link in but personally I would only use this in reply to messages to customer and no first contact as you may risk your account if its not in line with the set script.
