VAT for Non-uk Businesses and FRS

VAT registration for non-uk establishments. Can they choose Flat rate scheme (7.5%).? and does Amazon give option to choose for standard rate and FRS while registering for their VAT services.? Since we have less to claim and just want to pay VAT due on sales. FRS is suitable for us.

When we register with HMRC for FRS, even if amazon charge 20% in our sales, we wont be able to claim back 13% from HMRC because we will be on FRS(No claim backs). Plz advice

Please share your experience. Thanks in advance
