Featured Offer Issue

Hi All. We currently have an main ASIN with 7 other variants which we are the only official UK reseller for and we have always had the featured offer. In the last two or so weeks our featured offer has disappeared and we are now under ‘other buyers’ with a higher price showing for the ASIN visible to the customer than we have an offer for. Our account health is perfect with no issues and we’ve been a reseller of this product since February 2022 on Amazon. I’ve been in touch with seller support and unfortunately don’t seem to understand my confusion over the fact that we are the only official UK reseller so we should have the featured offer. They go on to say:

---- We have determined that your offers are currently not eligible to be the Featured Offer for this ASIN.

We’re not able to discuss all the factors that determine Featured Offer Eligibility, but here are some tips to help increase the chance of your offers being eligible:
• Provide great customer service
• Ensure product authenticity and quality
• Prevent chargeback claims ----

Anyone else had this experience or can help me asap as this has caused us lost sales when we need them most.

Is the other sellers offer offering faster delivery ?

Are you sure the other seller can’t buy from wholesalers etc ?

Are you the registered brand rep in brand registry ?

Unless you hold brand registry for the item/s, then it has absolutely no meaning as to whether or not you are the official UK reseller or not!
But if you have lost the buy box to another seller who is selling at a price higher than you, then it’s likely that you have some sort of problem with your account. Unless of course it’s Amazon!
Any notifications etc?
Are you also sure that the buy box is only on the other seller, as the buy box does in actual fact rotate between sellers.
Is the other seller offering better terms? ie faster delivery etc?

And just as by the by, that is the only response that you will ever get from support for that kind of question.

It would be helpful for you post the ASIN as well.

Just a few days ago, my buy box wins went from 70-80% to 0% in two days… I do mainly merchant fulfilled. My metrics are good and my account is in good health, something is going on again with the Amazon buybox, I have been reading some related topics but unfortunately, I could not find a solution yet :frowning:
