Prime Badge on and off for a least past 2 weeks
Hello,
This product has over 7k in stock and is the best-selling product in my account, but for the past 2 weeks, the Prime badge has disappeared and appeared, and the sales have dropped at least 50% for the past 2 weeks. What would be the issue with something like this, thanks

Good morning @Seller_URrNxh59nzNtB,
Happy to jump in here with some troubleshooting steps for you!
- Confirm you're signed in to a Prime customer account when viewing your SKU or ASIN and confirm that your offer is featured on the detail page.
- To confirm that your SKU or ASIN is associated to a Prime shipping template, go to Inventory, select Manage seller fulfilled products and type in the SKU or ASIN in the Search field. With the Status field filtered to Prime, ensure your SKU or ASIN is displayed in the search results and the Offer status field is listed as Prime. Also, note the name of the shipping template being used in the Shipping template field. Go to Shipping settings > Shipping templates , and from the list of templates find the noted shipping template and confirm Prime delivery is enabled.
- To enable Prime offers, go to Settings > Shipping settings > General shipping settings > Control Prime order volume and toggle to Enable/Disable Prime and set to Prime offers enabled.
- To confirm that you have not met your Prime daily order handling limit, go to Settings > Shipping settings > General shipping settings > Control Prime order volume . Confirm that the amount set for Prime order limit per shipping day is the expected amount and confirm that you have not received these many Prime orders to ship today.
- Review the delivery promise for your offer. In some cases, we may remove the Prime badge when the delivery time does not meet Prime customers’ expectation of fast delivery times. If you see "FREE Prime delivery" on your offer and no Prime badge, the delivery promise is still a Prime branded offer, but likely to be slow. This experience applies to offers from both Amazon and sellers.
