Help! - Seller Feedback Removal Request denied but the review is for the product
I need someone from Amazon to help me to escalate the case ID# 15187266341 please.
I received a seller review for the order #111-4384043-1237828 and it got rejected stating "We have reviewed this feedback and found that it is not in violation of our guidelines and has been retained. To request further review of this decision, re-open the case in Case Log.". The review is for the product not for the seller and the customer is requesting a refund. The order was an FBA order.
The Feedback Removal Request for Order ID: 111-4384043-1237828 was denied and I tried to appeal it and it got denied a stated that it is related to the product they can remove it but they didn't, they also mentioned to ask the buyer.
Can someone help me to escalate this case (15187266341) to remove this product review under my seller account?
I don’t have a problem giving the refund if the customer is not happy with the product but let’s be fair, I don’t have control of the manufacture production.

Thanks for the tag on your thread. I have requested our feedback management team take a second look at the feedback associated with this order. However, I cannot guarantee removal. Typically, feedback that mentions the validity of the product is allowed to remain.
