As mentioned by both the notice and @Seller_y7W9ccUlauftE, this is going to be a supply chain review to verify compliance with our policies. This may include but is not limited to requirements such as invoices and depending on the situation a letter of authorization from the brand or rights owner themselves. We may also request shipping documentation such a bill of lading to confirm the products shipped to the fulfillment center. These notifications will also provide the specific documents at the bottom of the notification which is cut off here . As it mentioned in the notice, you are required to schedule this verification call, have you done so or completed this step?

The owner and operator of this account should attend this verification interview. Depending on your business model, we understand there may be additional business partners who are integral to your business operations. These additional parties may also attend the verification interview as long as they have substantiating documentation showing their relationship to the business.

As the notice also mentioned, if you have not yet completed this video call, be sure that only the account owner is present or have supporting documentation to establish a business association for anyone else in attendance.

Hello, I just did my video verification interview and in the middle of the interview the interviewer left. I am very upset as now I have to wait additional weeks to schedule another interview.

I have passed your feedback regarding your interviewer leaving to the appropriate teams to research why this happened. Regarding the requirement to complete another verification call, were you provided a new link to complete or schedule the verification? Did you experience any issues trying to reschedule?

Amazon is now asking for my Supplier supplier invoices. I do not even know how this is a reasonable request as any supplier would not want to give out their own suppliers that would tank their own business. I am still waiting for my suppliers to get back from me and in the meantime do not know what to do. The customer service from amazon is so slow and I never know get responses in time. Im still waiting for them to take off my two factor authentication which I have been waiting for a couple days now which said would be done in max 2 days

As mentioned we are now asking to verify your supplier. This is both a good an bad situation, we at this stage are not outright rejecting your invoices but are stating that we cannot confirm the supply chain of the products through this supplier. We do not "require" invoices to do this. As you mentioned, not many suppliers would disclose their source, but we need to ensure that your sourcing these products from an authorized supplier. Can you obtain a copy of their letter of authorization with this brand to validate them as an authorized supplier?
