“I confirm that I do not have multiple accounts.”

I have confirmed that I don’t have any other accounts or duplicate accounts. I only have a deactivation in Seller Central Europe due to outdated information. My question is: could this be the reason they are indicating that I am violating the multiple account policy?

Could someone guide me on how to file an appeal and submit supporting evidence?

You cannot "confirm" you don't have multiple accounts. That wont do. And while it says somewhere you can submit a notarized statement, that usually doesn't work either. If the connection was made, it exists somewhere....
