I'm trying to decide if I should abandon Pan EU and enroll in One Stop Shop. If I do this, I'll want to make Germany my home country. Unfortunately, all of my products are currently in French FBA warehouses. I'm set up with VAT's and compliance in both France and Germany, but I'd like to eliminate France and just operate from Germany.

Is there any way to transfer ALL goods from French to German FBA warehouses? I'm in the USA, so it would be tough to make removal orders, receive goods in Europe, and re-send them to Germany.
