How can I contact an amazon representative for assistance on account set up?
Hi, I'm in the process of creating an amazon seller account but it has been deactivated and I need to submit a GST Registration certificate and PAN Card to reactivate it. However I don't have either of these and so I am wondering if I have opened the wrong type of account? And if so, how can I remedy this?
I am a sole trader selling my handmade jewellery, so I selected a business account, but should I have selected an individual account instead?
I've tried contacting Account Health Support but they send an automated message to tell me to submit the documentation and I can't seem to get to talk to an actual person to find out how to resolve this.
Please help!

Business account is correct (individual account is only for selling off one's own personal second-hand items, not new goods).
With them asking for those things, am I right in assuming you are in India ??
If you are resident in UK, have you registered with HMRC as self-employed, and received your UTR ?
