Chargeback Claim Item shows delivered
This is the first chargeback claim I’ve encountered on Amazon, and I want to address it as promptly as possible to protect our account. I've worked hard to maintain a strong standing for over a year, and I take great care in being polite and helpful with customers. I received an email about the chargeback, but there was no case ID, and I’ve already submitted all requested information. The customer never reached out regarding a return or any issues with the product. Should I open a case with Amazon now, or should I wait until the chargeback is resolved? Additionally, in the event the chargeback is approved, should I be concerned about the impact on our account standing? We’ve shipped hundreds of products without any prior issues.

There is rarely anything to submit for a charge back that Amazon doesn't already have. They provide tracking and such to the bank and the bank decides. If the bank decides against you, that's the end, unless you take it to court...
