I'm currently in the process of getting ready to do FBA with a regular account. When I select the shipping method for FBA, the UPS button is not activated at all, how can I activate this button?

This is not enough information to be able to help you so I will have to guess.
I am guessing you would like to send inventory from a country where UPS cannot be used as a partner carrier.
For example,
I am from Puerto Rico. If I am shipping items to FBA from Puerto Rico, UPS is not available for me either. I must use another carrier.

This was a glitch we were seeing on Friday. Try again (possible with a new Send To Amazon workflow) and see if you get UPS this time.
