How do I STOP selling to Canada and Mexico?? I keep losing money and just don't want to sell to them anymore!!

How do I STOP selling to Canada and Mexico?? I keep losing money and just don't want to sell to them anymore!!

Remove all listings on those platforms -- both active and inactive. Disable synchronization (BIL). Put both of them on vacation.

There are two ways you could be selling to Mexico and Canada. First is as April points out, if you have listings on the .mx and .ca sites.

OTOH, customers in these countries can still buy from the .com site; if you are getting sales for these countries on the .com site (US), then you need to go into your shipping templates and disable any areas outside the US.
