pack groups

Does anyone use pack groups. They have finally started showing the discounts available if I do it. Previously in true Amazon style it said, do this to get a discount and the discount is zero.

The help page says

When will I receive the discount?

Once we receive all the boxes for your inbound shipment and verify that the inventory is packed according to the Amazon Recommended packing details you confirmed in Step 1b of the "Send to Amazon" workflow, we will process the incentive for you within 30-days. The validation process involves Amazon matching the inventory in received boxes against the packing information you provided during shipment creation. If the received inventory aligns with the recommended pack groups, we will process the incentive. You can view the details of the incentives you have earned, including the total amount accrued and your remaining balance, in the "Track your savings" tile in Seller Central. The incentive will then be applied as a discount to your future order fulfillment fees, up to the maximum fee for a given order.

How do I find the Track your savings tile? I have been in an online chat with Seller Support for 30 minutes and I haven't got them to understand the question so far.
