Brand Registry or dealing with robots?

Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter how many times we contact Brand Registry, provide evidence, or ask specific questions. We always receive the same copy-and-paste template response. We strongly believe that none of the stated issues apply to us in any way. Despite requesting clarification and evidence multiple times to understand exactly what the issue is, we never receive a direct answer, only the same generic list, as shown below. It feels like we are dealing with AI or robots closing the case log!

by the way our trademark is registered since November 2014 and we are trying to use IPO certificate, with manufacturer letter, and we have an existing ASIN with the same trade mark being sold on amazon.

We are thinking to make a complaint to IPO if its related the trademark but we need to know the exact problem which we do not know until now!

This decision was made due to one or more of the following reasons:

a) your account was engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog;

b) your application or account is related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies,

c) you are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner and all of them have failed seller verification,

d) inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging;

e) you have a selling account that is de-activated, or f) your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules (explained below).
