Listings Removed Due to False Categorization as Button Cell Battery
Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone here can help with an ongoing issue we've been facing. Three of our ASINs, B0BGF4TXKM, B0BZT13164, and B0BZT352X4, have been removed and under review for almost 3 months now. This has left our inventory stranded, and we haven't been able to get any resolution.
These ASINs include Lithium Ion batteries, NOT Button Cell batteries. We've even sent images showing all sides of the products to prove that they contain Lithium Ion batteries, but the situation remains unresolved.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or can anyone offer advice on how to move this process forward? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
