Amazon did not fight a charge back when we delivered an expensive item with a signature. We are on the hook.
I am looking for suggestions on recourse as this situation is a first. We have a customer claim a charge back on an order for $422 dollars. We are seeing more fraud on this product catagory so we requested a signature and have one on record from the courier.
We get notice that the customer has a charge back claim with their bank and we provide the proof of delivery. Amazon tells us the bank did not accept the signature or proof of delivery so we are out the $325 dollars in cost.
I think Amazon should cover this as ultimatly it is fraud and we are told often the customers are Amazon's and not ours as sellers. Thoughts, I am very frustrated with the bad behavior amazon lets go at our expense between charge backs and A to Z. What more could we do to protect our business.

With that and the order ID I could further investigate the issue.
