Product Policy Compliance Issue

I am having an issue fixing a "trademark misuse" claim (It is simply an issue of which trademark owned by the parent company was used on Amazon.)

On the "Product Policy Compliance" page under "Next Steps" - "How do I address this issue?" it says:

"If your listing has 'Edit' as a next step, please edit it to ensure you are not misusing any trademarks. Once your listing is corrected, it will automatically be reinstated. Please allow 24 hours for reinstatement."

So I click edit and it opens a new tab to "Manage Inventory". The only item listed is the one in questions w/ a status of "Detail Page Removed". When I click "Fix Issue" it opens a new tab for the "Product Policy Compliance" page, creating a endless loop.

How do I fix this? I don't even really care that this specific item can be listed (As the rest of the colors in this family seem to be fine and we have been working with the trademark holder for years before we even started selling on Amazon) I just want to resolve the supposed issue.

Trademark misuse violations claims, occur when listing includes trademarked terms, logos or pictures on your detail page that does not match the trademarked content of the right’s owner. We deactivate the listing until the following step is take:

• Modify the product detail page or pages to ensure they do not infringe the trademark and then submit your appeal by going to the Account Health page.

I would suggest reviewing our Intellectual Property Policy for Sellers Help Page to review the policy.

2. Under Update product details > click on Get Product Template > then click on Product Template again.

3. Choose the store.

Please consider answering the following questions to understand the intellectual property listing violation.

Do you have permission from the brand or rights owner to use this trademark on the listing?

How do you currently list products and determine what information/images to include on your detail page?

• If you believe your listing was removed in error, you may submit a dispute. If this is the case, please provide supporting documentation (e.g., letter of authorization or licensing agreement).

Please continue to utilize this thread for more questions and updates on your situation. Many other sellers might have the same issue you are having and could find useful information between our discussion.
