Stuck in a loop after account creation

I made a new account as you suggested and uploaded my passport which was successfully verified. When I log into my new account I am stuck in another loop where it asks me to Select Account. I click the one option and then the page reloads (see screenshot attached). There is no error message displayed but I cannot get past that screen. How to fix? thank you!
