Amazon Account Deactivated Again – Despite Submitting All Approved Documents

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share my recent experience with Amazon in case anyone else is going through something similar.

My Amazon seller account got deactivated again, and honestly, I believe it’s a mistake on their end. Here's what happened:

Previously, Amazon asked me to provide the invoice for a specific ASIN. I submitted everything they required:

My company documents

The product invoice

A screenshot of the order history from where I purchased the item

They reviewed everything, accepted the documents, and reactivated my account after verification.

But now, out of nowhere, they’ve deactivated it again — even though I already submitted and cleared everything before.

To make it worse, my brand “Vollrath” was already approved by Amazon under Case ID: 16044858131. So there shouldn’t even be an issue about authorization.

It honestly feels like an error in the system or maybe just a misunderstanding. I’ve submitted all documents multiple times, and nothing was fake or incorrect.

I’ve now requested reactivation again and explained that everything had already been submitted and approved earlier. Hoping they fix this soon.

Just sharing this in case anyone else has gone through something like this or has advice. Let me know if you’ve dealt with a similar issue — maybe we can help each other out.
