Book deactivated for high pricing error

I listed a book last week for £25, there are two other sellers with the same book for sale both of these are over £50 and are still available for sale. However, my book listed for £25 has had the listing removed. I have tried to relist without any success. Every time I price it at £20 it immediately gets removed. Has anyone got any suggestions?

Hi Happy_Hare1,

In your Manage All Inventory, can you click on View reference prices?

I believe Amazon checks price references from elsewhere in the Internet - if there's a lower price there (ignoring postage!!), and the other listers are 'protected' in some way, that might explain why you've experience this frustrating situation.

All Best

Hi @Seller_HMxMRdomHkjHi,

I'm Jona from Amazon.

Have you checked the reference prices as suggested by @Seller_19xPhE8YgkmxW?

If you have been in contact with Seller Support already, feel free to share the case ID with me, so I can have a closer look on the issue.

Best,

Jona
