Unreasonable de-activation of my seller account

Amazon have de-activated my account without cause and though I have satisfied all their requirements they are refusing to re-activate it.

1). I was told by Amazon on the 24th October that my account had been verified and that it was activated.

2). In early November I was told that it had been de-activated because the account verification process had failed, despite the positive confirmation I had received on 24th October..

3). I was then told that it would be helpful if I sent the 4 verification documents to Amazon again by email.

4). I duly sent the documents by email as requested, not once but three more times

5). I was then told by Amazon that the account had been de-activated because it had failed the Invoice Defect Rate requirement. I responded to this nonsense by sending Amazon a copy of the Performance page which showed a zero defect rate for invoices.

It appears that Amazon are now determined to prevent me from selling my products on Amazon, despite the fact that I have been doing so very successfully for more than 12 years. Either that or some stupid algorithm is being used to de-activate my account.
