My new seller account has been deactivated

What can we do ??

Pls help me how to solve it.

We are new seller. Shortly after the first product arrived, we opened an advertisement to increase exposure, but did nothing else and found that the account had been deactivated.

After the first submission, the account receives a second email

What information did you send in for your appeal? In most cases, account verifying information such as identity documents or utility bills may be needed to verify both your identity and the business address from which you operate. You may also be required to provide sourcing information for your product itself. This would involve establishing a valid supply chain and proof of authorization for the items you are selling. In order to better assist, please share what information you have sent in.
