What information did you send in for your appeal? In most cases, account verifying information such as identity documents or utility bills may be needed to verify both your identity and the business address from which you operate. You may also be required to provide sourcing information for your product itself. This would involve establishing a valid supply chain and proof of authorization for the items you are selling. In order to better assist, please share what information you have sent in.
Thank you for sharing this secondary notice you received. Typically, when verbiage of this type is given, your only path forward would be to provide proof that no violation took place. You may also be seeing at the end of this message "we may not respond further regarding this issue".
