Featured Offer (Buy Box) LOST - BRAND OWNER
I have lost the Featured offer / Buy box most of my products, speaking to Seller Support has not been helpful - especially considering I am the brand owner.
Also, taking more than 3 days to reply, which is a very long time and results in a significant loss in sales and revenue for us.
Please look into this urgently
