Can't print FBA labels

Yesterday I was stuck at step 2 all day. Today I got to step 3 but now can't print the labels. When I click print the wheel spins and nothing happens

Spinning error "Send to Amazon"

Hello @Seller_qRWQFQXOwzFbW. That error was blocking sellers yesterday, but it was corrected and sellers reported that STA workflows are now going through.

If you are still having this issue you should contact support for steps you can take to unblock that shipment. Please include the Workflow ID beginning with "wf" and share the Case ID so I can monitor.
