Unexplained charge.
Hi everyone,
I signed up for a Seller account on Saturday. Although the verification seems to have gone through, my account is still not fully active. I can't access essential features such as the Customer Support button or my Account Settings, which makes it difficult to understand what's going on.
Additionally, I've noticed an unexplained charge of £30 on my account. I had specifically selected the Individual (free) selling plan, so I shouldn’t have been charged anything.To make things more confusing, I've also been signed up for certain subscriptions (like "Amazing Customer Service for Clients") that I never consented to.Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Any advice on how to resolve this would be appreciated.Thanks in advance!

As soon as you click on the orange button on the sign-up page you are signing up for the professional selling PLAN, so not sure why you were charged, unless you did actually click on the orange button, as the individual plan is not easy to find and not obvious. If you only signed up on Saturday then it will take a while for the info you have provided to be checked and verified - both personal info and business details.

The full verification process may take some time, but you may still have the ability to downgrade your selling plan using these instructions and contact our seller support team using this link should you like to seek a refund. Additionally, you can opt out of the Customer Service by Amazon program using the steps on this page.
