When you signed up to sell on Amazon you agreed to the Amazon Business Service Agreement. This limits you to Arbitration. Information for this can be found in section 18.

Yah.... sorry you can't sue Amazon because you agreed to arbitration when you signed up to sell on their platform. I see your store was closed and your products and money confiscated. I can only guess it's because you don't have a letter of authorization to sell a specific brand on Amazon?

All the respondents here have answered your question, but it's not the answer you want to hear. No one likes it, but that's how it is. But, yeah, I'm sure you can find some attorney willing to take your case for a nice retainer. Keep us posted.

Arbitration is as good as a law suit...Since most Legal Cases are Settles out of Court... & Arbitration Could be Cheaper & More Doable But you'd Still need a lawyer to jump through the hoops...

somebody needs to sue Amazon. Worse than the mob

The way they are operating and treating their sellers is disgusting

arbitration would probably benefit you since it would probably be cheaper and you wouldnt have to face amazon's high priced attorneys in court
