Could you specify where you can see this badge? I have reviewed the Product Detail Pages of your ASIN and other Seller ASINs, but I see in both of them the badge that redirects the buyers to the Return Policy.
Could you take a screenshot where you see this non-returnable badge?

You just need to take screenshot of other seller listings, create a case to seller support mention all ur ASINS, explain them the nature of ur product and why it can be considered as non returnable, request them to update the return policy. Attach the screenshot, Support team will check the category and it will get updated in another 24 hours.
