Brand Name has been changed!

We have been contacting Amazon Seller Support but has been receiving the same canned response over and over again. Our listing which we have been selling for years have been changed to a different brand name. We are registered with Amazon Brand Registry but we cannot edit the listing as we are getting an error code 5995, when we contacted Amazon Seller Support they keep on telling us that brand name is owned by another brand owner. We tried to report for abuse as advised but they keep on saying that the involved ASIN is not in our catalogue. We provided all possible documents such as registration certificates, real world images of our packaging with UPC proof, sales history from past 3 years. This is so frustrating and has delayed our shipments.
Case ID gets nowhere: 14306354591, 14262550591
Please help resolve this case and revert back to our brand name.

Your first step is going to be reporting what's happened via Report Abuse in the Account Health section of Seller Central. Once that's done, please send me the complaint ID and I will escalate it to the team!
