When a product is purchased & shipped outside of the UK
We are currently selling on the UK marketplace only - however customers in Cyprus, Belgium & France etc have also purchased. A note with a warning appears on the order saying "Amazon is collecting VAT on this transaction". We've also had "Amazon is collecting GST on this order".
Is there anything we need to do about this, or is it just because of VAT charges in each country outside of the UK?

If customers from those other countries have been able to buy, the goods must be available on those sites. If you only want to sell in UK then you must make sure that any countries you do not want to sell to are placed on holiday settings and you have not ticked international on your shipping settings.
