There is a website that is selling many products that are the same as those on Amazon. Even the product pages are the same, copied... Can we do anything to avoid this?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am sorry to read that you are having this issue. I can only speak to and assist with Amazon issues, policy and procedure, but knowing that we have several teams that handle these types of issues here; I recommend connecting with that websites customer service initially to identify where any potential infringement can be report.
Also, if you already have legal counsel, I recommend connecting with them as well.

Thanks for the reply... I was amazed to see how this site is just like Amazon and there are so many products even with the registered brand being sold! But the worst thing is the pages that are literally copied!

There are international shippers that do this. Their buyers are in other countries and they buy the products and ship them to their buyers. it's a gray zone thing, usually fairly legit. they make good profits of their buyers. Their buyers buy the Amazon product, they just don't order it them self
