What does "other (shipping & gift wrap credits)" on the statement refer to?
We understood “other (shipping & gift wrap credits)” on the statement view page related to express shipping fees received from buyers as we do not offer gift wrap.
We have asked seller support and they can not provide any concise answer to this.
We have downloaded various reports but the figures do not equate to the figure on the statement.
They refer to product tax, FBA inventory reimbursement etc.

If you are included in the VAT program. Amazon will lump all VAT amounts into the ‘OTHER’ section together with the shipping charges. Amazon leave it then down to you to figure out what the details in the other section is for.
Made worse is that VAT reports do not correspond to details in the payments report and amazon reported to us on the last case we had on this matter, they have no intention of linking the data together.
