Orders dropped to zero after some changes
I had a listing that was selling normally for a while. Recently I’ve added a new variation(new color) to it to be able to create a shipping. The new variation is still out of stock (shipping on the way). Simultaneously, I updated all the images of the listing to some higher quality images. After the day that I made these changes my order number dropped to zero! But my PPC was working well and getting clicks normally.
I realized all the page views and sessions are for the new variation. As it’s still out of stock no one can buy it I think! So I closed the new variation temporarily so the original version becomes visible to buyers again.
The PPC still working well and run out of budget every day but still no order at all!
Can someone help me and give me a clue on this case?
Thanks,

Hi @Seller_hNUlKdL6rKDsb,
Looking at this from a KPI perspective, if your PPC is still getting the same clicks and spending your full budget, but you're not getting sales, that points to a conversion rate issue rather than a visibility problem.
Since people are still clicking but not buying, I'd focus my investigation on your product page. Something about those changes (perhaps the new images or how the variations are displayed) might be impacting how customers perceive your product.
Would you be willing to share your ASIN? The community and I could take a look and provide specific feedback on what might be happening.
Also worth considering - is this sales drop truly unusual for your product? Depending on your price point and category, it might be normal to have occasional days without sales. Could you share a bit more context about your typical performance? A screenshot showing both clicks and orders over the past 60 days would help us understand both the expected variance in your numbers and your historical conversion rate (orders divided by clicks).

Make sure your bullet points and descriptions and keywords are consistent or at least present among the variations as mine seem to disappear when I'm working with variations...
