I was looking for an automatic coffee machine that fills its own water when I ran across this item: VEVOR Automatic Weighing Filling Machine 1-100g, Particle Packaging Machine 10-15 bag/min, Powder Sealing Machine for Filling Tea Seeds Grains Flour Beans Glitter.

We have been looking for a similar machine but the ones we found cost 7 to $20,000 but are not fulling automated. So I read about this and decided that, IF IT WORK, it would save us thousands in labor cost and the cost of getting a new counting machine.

And I was thinking I had until the end of January to see if it worked. We got it in and set it up.

But we cannot use it because it requires a Film roll specification: Inner diameter: 72mm, User selected film: Material: PE-PET, Thickness: 0.06~0.08mm, Width: 160mm. Translated into English this is a single wound roll of plastic (actually can use six materials) that is 2 mils thick and 6 inches wide. Length does not matter.

It takes the plastic and folds it. Heats two sides for the length you have it set at, then fills it and seals it shut.

The problem is I HAVE SPENT HOURS LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT THAT WILL WORK! I have had no luck. Even the company sent me to Alibaba and they have the material but it is pre-printed. I need clear. And if I ordered today, it will not arrive until February.

I am asking the Community for help. Only answer if you know for sure of a place that sells this. Please do not put down places for me to try because I have already tried them all.

If I cannot find the film, I guess we will have to return it.

It does not make sense to me, that the company does not put a roll with the machine to get you started or give information on where to but the product. Or even carry the product themselves.

There are negative reviews about the product not working correctly. I have a feeling it is because they are not using the right film.
