Payment reports/statements
I want to reconcile payments received from Amazon with orders. Does anyone know how to run a report to show me this? All I can find is transaction views, statements and date range reports which basically list all orders within the period concerned NOT a list of the orders I am being paid for after they have cleared. I have tried online chat but they aren’t quite getting what I am asking for. I’m not the only person who wants a statement with payments received am I? Thanks…

After you run your date range report scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “View transaction for this period” and you will get another report showing all the transactions, whether that be orders, refunds, payments or whatever.
